## Description

Bisque fix is a white paste that is excellent for mending material or fill up broken cavities. It can be colored to match the bisque using metal oxides or ceramic stains. After applying with a spatula, fire to the temperature of the clay and glaze that you are using, up to Cone 10. Bisque fix is an air set concrete type product and can be kept longer if when you are done using it, put a thin layer of water in the jar then recap and store. When you re-use it, pour off the water, remix and apply as normal.

Review: It works on the vertical - Tried the less expensive brands. They did not hold up at cone 6. This one does the job. No putting it on bisque if you don’t want to see the difference where the brake is I recommend a free fire in bisque before glazing, but it will stick unlike the other brands.
Review: Saved my piece - Unfortunately my porcelain plate came Out of the bisque firing with a nice size crack Thank goodness for this product I used it as the directions stated Low and behold Not only did my plate come out of the cone 6 firing whole but the crack was completely gone!! 😅

**Q: if this dries up in the jar, can it be reconstituted with water?**
A: I thin mine with water all the time

**Q: Hi wouldl this work on a bisque antique doll?  I have a very small flake off from around the dolls eyes I want to glue on**
A: I would suggest E 6000 glue. Bisque fix is for firing clay.

**Q: Can you use acrylic paint over this when you repair a crack. Was not planning to glaze the piece, wanting to dry brush.**
A: I would imagine you could use acrylic paint on the repair.  However, the instructions advised me to fire the mold before using it.  ??????  I fuse glass.

**Q: I have a bisque piece that has an indention in the underside, would this product fill the indention with a refirin for bisque?**
A: Yes, it should work. I've found the bisque fix needs sanding down for a smooth finish after firing.

Tried the less expensive brands. They did not hold up at cone 6. This one does the job. No putting it on bisque if you don’t want to see the difference where the brake is I recommend a free fire in bisque before glazing, but it will stick unlike the other brands.

### ⭐ Dried Out Bisque Fix

I love Bisque Fix from Amaco!!! Works beautifully on broken bisque pottery before glazing. But…. Out of 6 times ordering from Amazon only 2 times it came usable. The other 4 times it was dried out. Unless!!! Amazon is wonderful with their returns. But unfortunately this product doesn’t ship well. Buy from another source in person.
