Il taglio da 38" è magnifico, ha quel po di schermo in più in verticale rispetto ai classici 21:9 che fa solo che bene. Pannello perfetto, colori stupendi e son rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso anche dalle prestazioni in HDR. Le luci ambientali sphere 2.0 fanno un ottimo lavoro, dandoti comunque quel qualcosa in più che su monitor di un certo prezzo non guastano. Back light bleeding ottimo e uniformità del pannello ottima. Arriva a 160hz abbinato al gsync (che funziona benone in barba al fatto di essere solamente compatibile) ma bisogna rinunciare ai 10bit di colore oltre i 120hz..in game non ve ne accorgerete neanche. Tirando le somme.. Sicuramente un ottimo monitor, ad un prezzo tutto sommato alto, ma che vale ogni euro che lo pagherete 😉
Review: Es un monitor caro sin ninguna duda, pero vale totalmente la pena. Pensé que 38 pulgadas se me harían incómodas pero te acostumbras en un santiamén. Quizá no soy tan exigente como otros usuarios, pero el nivel de contraste es correcto y es algo que me preocupaba porque leí en varios sitios que era bastante malo, sin embargo no ha sido problema para mí. El HDR no es espectacular pero es mejor que el de varios monitores, aunque debo decir que tras largas sesiones de uso el monitor se calienta si está el HDR puesto, habrá que ver qué tal con el Auto-HDR de Windows 11. G-sync funcionando sin problemas, probado hasta 144hz, no he hecho overclock aún pero me parece más que suficiente. Para ver películas va genial, para juegos, los que son compatibles, también es genial. Decir que ciertos juegos aún conservan las bandas negras, pero esto pasa con todos los Ultrawide. Debo decir también que si la idea es jugar a estas resoluciones, se requiere de una buena gráfica, yo tengo una 3070ti pero creo que incluso con una 2070 irías bien. No he tenido problemas con fugas de luz ni píxeles muertos, pero por poner pegas no tiene altavoces, solo tiene un puerto Display Port (cuando el HDMI no interesa si quieres jugar a 144hz). El aro de luz está bien, pero la sincronización con la imagen tiene un poco de retraso y acaba distrayendo, así que he dejado la luz estática. En cuanto al stand poco puedo decir, tiembla un poco pero mi plan desde el principio era hacer uso de un brazo, en mi caso puesto en la pared, ya que el stand es bastante grande e incómodo si tienes una mesa relativamente pequeña. La opción de tener USB en la parte trasera ayuda a tener un setup más limpio, ya que puedes conectar, por ejemplo, el teclado y ratón al monitor y te ahorras tener cables por otros lados. En resumen, aunque es caro, no me arrepiento en absoluto de tenerlo en casa y si te lo puedes permitir no te vas a arrepentir

Monitor STU-PE-N-DO! Sicuramente il miglior 21:9 che potete acquistare al momento. Il taglio da 38" è magnifico, ha quel po di schermo in più in verticale rispetto ai classici 21:9 che fa solo che bene. Es un monitor caro sin ninguna duda, pero vale totalmente la pena. Pensé que 38 pulgadas se me harían incómodas pero te acostumbras en un santiamén. Der LG Electronics 38GN950-B ist bei mir inzwischen seit vielen Jahren im gemischten Betrieb (Büro/Zocken) im Dauer-Einsatz und erfüllt dafür seinen Zweck in Perfektion. Durch das verbaute 37,5" IPS-Panel mit 3.840 x 1.600 px Auflösung und 160hz Bildwiederholrate, hat man eine sehr gute Farbdarstellung und eine tadellose Qualität bei der Anzeige von Texten (nicht wie bei manchen VA-Panels ausgefranst). Den Kontrast könnte natürlich etwas besser sein, ist jedoch in einem guten Bereich. Besonders macht den Monitor vor allem das Seitenverhältnis von 24:10, d.h. man hat im Vergleich zu den normalen 21:9 Monitoren mehr vertikale Höhe zur Verfügung, die man vor allem im Büro-Einsatz sehr zu schätzen weiß. Und beim Zocken kommt nicht sofort der "Schießscharten"-Effekt auf, also das komische Gefühl, dass man nur durch einen Schlitz schaut. Abzüge in der B-Note gibt es durch den IPS-Typischen eher schlechten Schwarzwert, der natürlich nicht ansatzweise mit OLED oder VA Displays mithalten kann. Auch ein leichtes IPS-Glow ist mitunter vorhanden, der jedoch höchstens in dunklen Szenen am Abend auffällt, sofern man den Monitor in einem komplett dunklem Raum nutzt. Im allgemeinen echten Betrieb ist mir das keineswegs stark negativ aufgefallen. Durch die voll nutzbaren 160hz Aktualisierungsrate in Verbindung mit der GSYNC-Fähigkeit des Monitors, eignet er sich hervorragend für die diverse Gaming-Einsätze. Ghosting kennt der Monitor auch nur vom Hörensagen, er zieht nicht nach, flackert nicht komisch und hat auch sonst keinerlei Ausfallerscheinungen bei verschiedenstens Zocker-Herausforderungen (z.B. schnelle Shooter). Die speziellen Gaming-Features, wie z.B. das einblendbare Crosshair oder die Anhebung der dunklen Bereiche, nutze ich nicht wirklich, sind jedoch auf Wunsch verfügbar. Und auch der verbaute LED-"Kreis" auf der Rückseite des Monitors, ist ein supernützliches Feature. Zum einen kann man eine schöne Lichtstimmung passend zu den eigenen Wünschen generieren, zum anderen erhöht man fiktiv fürs menschliche Auge den Kontrast des Monitors in dunklen Umgebungen und reduziert dabei sogar die Belastung der Augen. Gerade letztes sollte man nicht unterschätzen, daher gibt es auch überall die Empfehlung, eine Lampe o.ä. als indirektes Licht hinter den Monitor zu stellen. Die Anschlussmöglichkeiten reichen für den normalen Alltag wunderbar aus (2x HDMI, 1x DisplayPort), zusätzlich ist noch ein USB-Anschluss zum Verbinden mit dem PC (notwendig für Firmware-Updates und ggfls. spezielle Einstellungen in der Software) vorhanden. Auch das entspiegelte matte Display trägt zur sehr guten Nutbarkeit des Monitors auch in sehr hellen Umgebungen bei - siehe Reflektionstest mit der starken Taschenlampe (siehe Bild). Übliche High-Gloss Panels haben wir deutlich das nachsehen. Bei mir hängt der Monitor an einem Amazon Basic Monitorarm (VESA Kompatibel), um ihn jeweils vom "Büro-Einsatz" in die Sim-Racing Ecke nach Bedarf umschwenken zu können. Hierfür ist der 37,5" Monitor der beste Kompromiss aus bzw. für beide Welten - da kann ich mir keine bessere Lösung vorstellen. Der Monitor ist sein Geld absolut wert und für mich die perfekte Lösung für die Büro-Zocker-Ecke!
