You could split a kit between your 3yr old and NB. **Q: I have a 6 & 9 year old. Can I use 1 kit to make a hand impression for them both?** A: no. I used 1 kit to make a handprint for my 7 year old with a little plaster left over. There is not enough material for 2 larger handprints. You need a bowl or something to make the circle. The circle cutter included in the kit is not big enough for a 6 or 9 year old's hand. I didn't like the product much but everything else out there is similar. Not sure if she could hold the pose long enough?** A: If you press firmly and hold it until she can't stand it ..you may get a faint mark of a hand. Agree that it's too dry and firm (although very light) to get a good print. I was personally disappointed with the results.
