After heavy traffic, I'm seeing some thin spots that could use a thicker coat.** A: If you clean it well, I'm sure the fresh coat of epoxy will fill in any scratches or scuffs. **Q: Will this need a "topcoat" or clear gloss sealant after the flakes have been applied? if so, what kind?** A: If you want your floor to be shiny then you definitely need a good thick top coat, so it can withstand the day to day beating its going to take look at my video as you can see what it's going to look like with a top coat and without.
