The product is good, well made, and does the job- but- comes with absolutely no instructions. There are several QR codes on the packaging, none of which lead to any real instructions on how to fit the thing. We were working in a space just 1 inch larger than the minimum requirements of the product, so it wasn’t the easiest.For anyone working in a similar space- attach the arms and rail (not forgetting the pull down handle) BEFORE fixing anything to the wall. Attempting to move the mechanism without the arms in place is impossible, but fitting the arms once it’s on the wall (when working in a small space) is also very difficult.
