I had to push in hard in battery life and then push opposite side to 'set' the battery lid into the correct position. It worked after that. **Q: My son already lost one of the bottles. Are they sold separately?** A: Sorry but unfortunately we do not sell them separately. **Q: Both of our bottles broke, what do we do now? I can't find any bottles that fit.** A: Would the site you purchased it from have replacements?
