A Subaru defect well known. Hopefully these bulbs will last. One thing to beware of is the adapter the bulb clocks into is easily dropped into the headlamp assy.Complete lamp really should be taken out to do the job because the fender liner method is just too tight.I should have used a piece of coat hanger to guide the adapter into the bulb hole. Dropped the drivers side adapter into the housing and loosening the front bumper was needed to pull the headlamp out. Probably how you should do it too.The beam forming is good and so far no high beam flashes from oncoming vehicles.The pigtail harness has very small gauge wires.
