It barely fits my 7 inch wrist. There is NO way this will fit an 8 inch wrist. For larger than 7 inches, take my advice and order the LARGE **Q: I work more than 8 hours per day with a computer. Are this gloves comfy and useful to use when you are working? The package includes both gloves?** A: Semi-comfortable. It includes only one glove. You have to order a left or right one. It was way more comfortable than the special fitted one the doctor prescribed. **Q: Can this item fit a 190 lb 5'10" man?** A: I don't believe so, it fit my 5-2 110 pound wife nicely though.
