Not sure how that works. They certainly are not COLD, but they are always surprisingly cool. **Q: Are these pads circles?** A: Yes, they were circles **Q: Lisa Rinna's book says these can be used on under eye bags- eye puffiness , neck, jawline and forehead for quick tightening- anyone use for this ?** A: I don't see why not. Witch hazel is witch hazel no matter where on the body it is used. I would first find the least expensive product and go with that.
