The longer it dries the stronger it gets. But it does not not dry quickly. **Q: Can this glue be thinned** A: Yes. Thinning is recommended for some applications. **Q: Will this work to attach fabric to plastic?** A: It should work well, it’s not just plain old white glue, I could not guarantee depending what the plastic is or what you are doing with it, but as a glue to have around you won’t be wasting your money. **Q: Will this work on dry epoxy resin?** A: Hello and thank you for your question Weldbond is PVA based (polyvinyl acetate) and unfortunately PVA glue doesn’t bond with epoxies.
