I did look for a knockoff, but wasn't impressed with anything else out there. These wear like iron, and are incredibly thin in your pocket. This one also claims to block RFID. I don't normally wear a tinfoil hat, but blocking RFIDs emanating from my hiney is just fine with me. These are excellent wallets, you just have to get over having to pay $40+ for a nylon wallet. I think those minimalist wallet guys must have no families, no jobs, and no responsibilities. I carry about around 12 cards, all of which I have to carry. I have been jumping around from style to style for my entire life (including trying to manage two wallets...that was a disaster) and have never been happy with any of them. But this wallet is THE ONE. It manages to fit all my cards and still be relatively slim. Lots of small features show the thought that went into the deign and it is well constructed. I've had it for about 6 months now and use it hard but it shows no sign of wearing out. Even if it only lasted year I would still buy another one, but I think it'll last quite a while.
