The shipping box was appropriately marked as heavy, which helped me know this would be a good quality chair! I also appreciated that there was not just a box inside of a box as I am one to hate excess packaging. This was perfectly packaged where everything was bundled safely. Don't be alarmed with the amount of pieces as the instruction guide makes it very clear on how to put the chair together quickly and easily. Once assembled, I was able to finally try yhe chair out and am very pleased woth how comfortable it is! These days, I spend much more time sitting at my computer and this chair makes it way easier to do so. The headrest is adjustable for height and the chair also reclines. There is plenty of supprt as well and after using it a full week, I have no pains or discomfort ad I did with my last chair. This chair definitely is worth it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lifesaver for upper cervical spine issues at the office *by A***R on June 12, 2022* I have chronic pain due to upper cervical spine issues. Stenosis, bulging discs, carpal tunnel, and a jaw issue that I feel is Ernest syndrome-undiagnosed on that end, but the rest showed on MRI. Anyway...We bought a Herman Miller Aeron-that chair is over a thousand dollars new. It didn't fit to my body or provide any support. My husband had bought this chair for himself, along with the arm pads. I sat in it once and said "This chair is mine!". I now have one for home and office work. I work from home half time so I wanted one at each location. My pain is soooo much better with the right neck and arm support. The adjustable arms are a true lifesaver. This chair fits me like a glove. I am a short stout woman so keep that in mind.
