Nachdem das Griffband ankam war ich zunächst skeptisch, ich habe jedoch wie in den Produktbildern dargestellt das Cushion Wrap über das dünne Fabrik-Griffband eines neuen Schlägers gewickelt (mit ungefähr 50% Überlappung) und darüber ein Overgrip. Ich bin erstaunt, wie gut der umwickelte Griff gepolstert ist. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert als Alternative zu klebenden Polster-Griffbändern wie dem Yonex Hi-Soft Grap. Man braucht etwas Übung, um das Cushion Wrap zu wickeln. Ich würde zwar ein Abschlussband empfehlen, gebe aber im gleichen Atemzug den Hinweis, dass eben dieses auf dem Cushion Wrap selbst nicht klebt und nur eine (temporäre) Abschlusswicklung bilden kann, bis das Overgrip aufgewickelt ist. Review: Very good quality wrap for my badminton racket to reduce vibrations coming from the racket strings. These vibrations sometimes caused my elbow to feel some strange pain, which I later found out was, in untreated, the start of golfers elbow. You will need to remove the factory grips down to the wood of the racket handle. This might seem scary at first thought but I'm no expert at this and I found it easy to do. There are plenty of youtube videos to watch and follow the steps. I usually wrap round the wood of the handle about 6 times to give a solid feel, enough wrap to absorb the vibrations coming from the racket strings but light enough to still have the control you need around the net. Each to their own as we all have different sized hands so you can play around with it until you find what's right for you. Then I add the Yonex Supergrap over it and it feels great. No more pain in the elbows. They do last for a long time too. I usually change these every 2 months or so (play 1-2 times a week). So great value for money. Appliquer le directement sur le bois du manche à la manière d'un grip, il adhère sur lui-même, choisir l'épaisseur que l'on souhaite. Puis appliquer un surgrip normalement.
