After some online research in the early hours one night a few weeks ago when I just couldn't get settled, I found a lot of recommendations about using CPAP pillows in general and a couple of places saying that the Lundberg pillow was the very best choice. I was a little sceptical, especially because of the very high cost compared to others, but was getting so desperate for a good nights sleep that I took the chance and ordered one.It took almost a week to arrive, and it took me 3 nights to work out the best setup and positioning but I can now honestly say that for the past few nights I have had no trouble getting to sleep, and there have been very few leaks during the night (I use the dream mapper app to monitor the CPAP performance and all the figures have improved).
