As a licensed painting contractor, I used to just throw tarps over cars, but the wind would blow them off and the tarps would also scratch the paint. This lightweight and disposable car cover is like a shower cap — one size fits all! Protects Against: Paint Overspray Chemicals Sawdust Sprays Paint Dirt  Size: 14' x 20' to fit nearly all cars  1.74ml Plastic  A temporary Cover that will not scratch surfaces like conventional tarps or plastic drops. Patented elastic band aids in cover placement to reduce movement and minimize risk of damage to paint surface.  To use, simply remove antennae and place cover over vehicle starting at one end and working unifromly to the other end. Can easily be done alone. Can be installed for several weeks to accomodate long term airiport parking. Weather proof, light weight plastic drop with many uses.

The cover does keep the car dry but any wind with a storm makes it fly off. We have bungee cords attached in all four corners, which has worked for us.
