**Q: Will this work to fix crack in aluminum transmission housing?**
A: Probably not.  It sealed some of the light cracks in my aluminum boat, but it did not work on the bigger ones(every time it cooled they cracked again).

**Q: Will this seal a hairline crack in a brass plumbing nipple?**
A: I do not advise this due to the operating pressure.  This is designed for low pressure applications like a refrigerator evaporator that operates approx 2 psi

**Q: Will this seal and hold freon pressure on a refrigerator aluminum chill plate (inside the frig)?**
A: I didn't use this, my husband did & he said yes it will hold.

**Q: If you have a pinhole on the liquid side, and it is still under pressure, will this work? Or do we need to purge the system and/or have under vacuum?**
A: Need to purge the system or not to work.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Successfully patched pinhole leak in aluminum evaporator. It's an r410 system, so pretty high pressure.
