**Q: is this original MOD time timer?**
A: Yes, this product is the same as our original MOD Time Timer, just offered in different colors and without the silicone case.

**Q: This timer is running slow. is that typical? how can i fix or should i replace?**
A: If you have inserted fresh batteries and timed the Time Timer MOD against a stop watch and it is falling short of +/- 20 to 30 seconds, please contact us at AMZsupport@timetimer.com for additional support.

**Q: how long is timer when it goes off? 6 sec? 20-40 sec, 60 sec?**
A: You can choose the increment up to 60 minutes. The markings on the timer is in minutes.  So, I don't think you'd be able to go down to 6 seconds.

**Q: Unlike the product photo, there is a big gap on face of the timer to accommodate the dial. Is this a design change or is my unit counterfeit?**

As someone with ADHD, I use this timer for everything! To stay on task when using the pomodoro method, to track the passing of time, and to keep track of blocked out times for my structured days. This timer makes time tangible and at a result makes me feel in control. It also improves how calm I feel because I have a better grasp on the passage of time, so I'm less late to things and have been better at task management.
