I accidentally and unbeknownst to me, reordered but received the version without Relora. I kept getting the urge to nibble and snack in the evening, and that's when I discovered my refill didn't contain Relora which is known for reducing the urge to snack. Well, I discovered that in fact it does and in spite of the fact that I take 2 in the late morning and it's eliminated the urge to snack in the evening. I never noticed any dozyness or sleepy daytime effects. I do notice the irritation and irritability greatly reduced, as is my anxiety over Covid19 and the lockdown isolation depression is much improved.
