**Q: What is the diameter of the base?**
A: The diameter of the weighted base is 8 inches

**Q: does stop sign work in full sun ?**
A: Mine is not outside, it’s in garage. But it works on batteries so it would work outside in sunlight, it just may not “show up” to see the lighted word as well as it shows in darker situation.

**Q: what kind of Batteries does it use?**
A: I don't know the kind of batteries this uses. Mine stopped working soon after I bought it. I would not recommend the purchase of this product. Cheap product.

Other reviews say this product is flimsy. It is not too sturdy, but if you treat it with care and touch it gently every time you are parking it will last very long. I have been using mine for about two years an it looks like knew. Perhaps the batteries died because the flashing lights are not always blinking, but I dont need them. I park my pickup in a tight garage and this product prevents me to accidentally hitting the wall. Is not sturdy but is sufficient and great for the price.
