Review: Good product but make sure it’s right for you - I think it works well, recommended by our naturopath, but we realized that starting out on lower doses of methyfolate is key especially for mthfr individuals who have a hard time processing and cleaning out their systems. Some people do have a hard time with too high a dose and my husband was included so we stopped taking this and went down to a 1/5 dose later on. Do some online research and talk to a specialist for mthfr.

I think it works well, recommended by our naturopath, but we realized that starting out on lower doses of methyfolate is key especially for mthfr individuals who have a hard time processing and cleaning out their systems. Some people do have a hard time with too high a dose and my husband was included so we stopped taking this and went down to a 1/5 dose later on. Do some online research and talk to a specialist for mthfr.
