I was only ever able to reach a a voicemail message at the vendor. The voicemail for the return department indicated that I should leave a voice message and the vendor would get back to me, which I did. No one from vendor returned my phone calls. Nor was I able to get in touch with anyone at the vendor to return this item after I purchased. desertcart would not assist me.
