Not only is it a great colour for visibility but it is light weight and comfortable on. It is a nice material and not that cheap plastic type material you sometimes see in a windbreaker. It’s absolutely not waterproof but it also doesn’t claim to be, however it is water resistant and keeps you dry on those light spitting rain days and light snow days. It also folds down into a compact size so that you can take it with you as a just in case jacket, without it being bulky and weighing you down. We found the sizes accurate to American and Canadian sizes. It’s a great price comparably to similar styles jackets and the quality is on point. Great stitching, no loose threads or defects.
