Review: Great product. I was skeptical as I’ve only used custom orthotics since I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. That said; I was not trying to spend hundreds again and wait weeks to get them in. I’ve worn the same pair of orthotics for too long and honestly haven’t found anything I’ve liked other than custom fit ones. Well; from the moment I pulled out my old inserts and added the new SOLE inserts; my feet actually felt happy. Not annoyed and in pain like I get with most shoes (if you have plantar fasciitis you know what I mean). Just satisfaction. They offer great arch support, nicely cushioned in all the right places and keeps me flat versus an incline with many other brands of inserts. I let the insoles get used to my feet for a few hours each day and over the last week of wearing them in very impressed. They fit my shoes well and as long as your shoes are loose enough it should be fine. Review: Of course, like shoes, which insert is best is very subjective. I have very high arches and need very firm support and these work best for me. They are somewhat rigid and thick, so if a pair of shoes is on the verge of tight, they would not fit and I order the shoe 1/2 size up. If the shoes are on the verge of loose, I get my usual size shoe. I wear an 8 1/2 or 9 wide shoe and the 9 (men’s 7) is the right size for me. These are the most rigid of the company’s various types, so you can get something softer if you prefer. They will not fit into dress shoes- there is a thinner version for that, which I haven’t tried yet. I only need to replace them every 6 to 9 months, which is a very long time for me, since I use them every day, take long walks and stand for most of my work day. I have a pair of these in every shoe I routinely wear and move a pair to any shoes I don’t frequently wear.
