Being a side sleeper it supports my neck and my shoulders and keeps me aligned. I woke up pain-free. At first the smell was super strong I could not use it for a few weeks. But I left it out in a separate room and aired it out. Now it doesn’t smell at all and is such a great pillow for support. I wake up without headaches anymore.
