I bought the gray plaid and loved it so much I went back and ordered 2 more in khaki and the green . These are high quality material and the sleeves are not too short. For reference I am tall 5'10" 190 lbs with ample bust size. I ordered xl and it is comfortably loose with length hitting right at my knees. I think it is true to size with enough room to wear a t-shirt or thin pullover sweater underneath but still button it up without any buttons gaping. Last year I ordered a shirt similar in style to these from another online company but they were awful. The arms were too short and the material was too thin and itchy.
