Review: Amazing product works better than I had hoped. - I’m a big guy with a big knee who just had a total knee replacement. My knee is pretty swollen and this wraps about 3/4 around which in my opinion is plenty. It came with 3 different size straps. I’m using the medium sized one which makes it around my knee once. One thing I did not know which is super nice. The Velcro on the straps can attach to the fabric on the pad itself making it easy to connect and position. The shortest strap would work too, but the medium one I can attach fully across the top of the cooling pad around my knee and fully across the bottom of the cooling pad enabling good contact with my knee. The longer strap looks like it would easily wrap around my leg twice which would provide more contact with the knee. I hope this makes sense what I’m writing. I’m tired and on pain medicine. I’m just trying to leave my gratitude for this product working out so well for me. Either way, it works. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great with my Ossur! *by B***Y on January 15, 2024* I needed a knee pad for my Ossur machine, as I only had the shoulder pad from a previous surgery. I figured I’d take a chance on this one and hopefully save some money. Not only did I save money, but I like this way better than the Ossur pad. My biggest annoyance with the Ossur pad is the velcro straps. The ends always curl up and the velcro is difficult to pull apart in order to attach the straps. The straps on this pad are wider and easier to use. The pad connects perfectly to the connectors on my machine. There is no leakage, and it feels very cold on my knee. It also wraps around my knee easily and isn’t stiff.
