Description

Powdered Glucose also referred to as Dextrose is commonly used in home baking recipes for desserts, cakes, confectionery and jam making to sweeten, soften texture and add volume. Often used in icings, such as royal icing to prevent hardening as well as stabilizing ice creams and sorbets. It is alternative sweetener as it is approximately half as sweet as ordinary table sugar. It has the wonderful ability to keep your baking soft and moist for longer than sugar would.
