**Q: Does it work for Planter faciatis?**
A: It could work, but the design which causes the ball to pop out when put under pressure, makes it impractical to use for this purpose.

**Q: Does it roll in all directions, or just one way?**
A: It rolls back and forward , it you want to change directions you mush turn at handle to change directions. ( Foward to 45 or 90 degrees, / up down to sideways)

**Q: Is the roller ball hard? Does the roller ball retain its shape as you massage with it? I wondered because the description mentions "gel technology".**
A: The rollerball is a hard stainless steel ball with a handle that attaches on two sides of the ball.  It is probably filled with a gel that freezes. It keeps the cold well and does not warm up while you were treating your injury. It really is an excellent product.

**Q: How cold does the handle get? Does it make your hand cold when you roll?**
A: No it does not make your hand cold

The fact that you can use this cold and hot is amazing right now for my knee. You absolutely cannot beat the versatility with this device. I can only use cold things on my knee but for the muscles in my legs, I can use hot and this works wonderfully as both. This gadget was a game changer for me after knee surgery. I had intense muscle spasms in my quad and this massage roller helped immensely. It’s not too heavy and it’s easy to grip.
