I have a 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV that needed new front shocks. The shocks are magnaride / active shocks, which I found out after purchasing them that we needed to perform a "trim height relearn" after installing them on my car. After searching for scan tools, it was looking like I would I was going to need to spend quite a bit on a tool that would do this... And the local shops / mechanics wanted to charge way too much to do this relearn for us!!!! Insane! After searching some more, I found this product and I am so thankful that I did!!!! Words cannot describe how thankful I am!!! I emailed XTOOL prior to purchasing to make sure that this product would actually do what I needed it to, and they emailed me back RIGHT AWAY and said that it would work for my vehicle! I was very impressed with how quickly they got back to me! I also wanted to add that my husband is a diesel mechanic, and he uses a very expensive and fancy vehicle scanning computer tool at the shop he works at. We also do side work on vehicles out of our home shop outside of our full time jobs for friends and family. We purchased this scan tool for my personal vehicle, but we knew that we would be able to use it in our little home shop customers vehicles as well.
