With pancake day coming up i thought I'd buy this as it would be easy to use, and it is. I've made so many pancakes the last few days and with little ease. I use a cooking oil spray, spread the pancake mix ontop wait a few minutes, flip the pancake over and do the same on the other side. It truly is non stick. When im finished I wait for it to cool down and wipe it with a damp sponge and that's it.
