**Q: What is the gray bag for?**
A: It's a Bamboo Charcoal Air Purification Bag.

**Q: How do you get it open?**
A: It shouldn’t be locked but if it is mine came with a card inside saying the factory setting is 000 and telling you how to change it to your own code. Hope this helps

**Q: Mine did not come with a card on how to reset it and it won’t unlock on 000? What should I do?**
A: I would try contacting the seller first. If that doesn't work contact a local locksmith. Good luck

**Q: Did anyone else not recieve the trey inside the box with their order? Does it come separately?**
A: Not sold separately boxes a piece of crap they sent me a free one because they couldn't even put the screws in the first one and the second one fell apart faster than the first one cheap junk

The product is great, but one of the two tubes was broken. The lid that seals off the tube wasn't attached to the tube like the other one was. That is literally the only issue I have with this product. It's not a huge deal, nor is it really a problem, I was just a little bummed out because this is a gift.
