Sturdy but easy to apply and remove. Since there were so many pieces in the package at a great price, I placed one in several windows to determine which are the high traffic areas. The one in my bedroom window seems to have done the best. I placed the product near the bottom (but is about middle hight when the window is open). Flies tend to get trapped in my room or bathroom due to some high placed windows which capture the setting sun, and then they can't find their way out through the dark hallway. Immediately I noticed less pests buzzing around my head and landing on my arms during day, which was infuriating. I've also noticed less dead flies on the floor that need to be swept up since the sticky paper is capturing them. Surprisingly it also captured many smaller flying pests like fruit flies which I didn't realize were accumulating from a couple of over ripe tomatoes. Extremely easy to remove, and I don't see any residue left over from the sticker. I am sure I could leave each sticker up for a long time, but it's quite full now so I'll place a new one. Many of my windows have air conditioning vents underneath and this did not affect the product at all, they stayed in place on windows. One window has a light curtain in front and this did not get caught on the sticky part.
