A: I got it for a 2013 Mazda 2.

**Q: Will this fit a 2012 Mazda CX nine grand touring**
A: Ask a locksmith. The fob is programmed to the car, and the key is cut to fit the car's ignition.

**Q: is the ignition chip included in this or is it just a shell??**
A: I think it is included. But you can take the old one out of your old fob with the key blade  and install it in this one so you will not need to take the key to get programmed to the car. That is what I did for my moms. You can program the fob part easily your self.

**Q: Will this work for my 2013 Mazda 2?**
A: I believe so. You will likely have to get a locksmith to reprogram the new fob to the car.
