A: Signal dropouts and static noise occur for so many tricky reasons. To minimize them, please keep antennas upward, ensure a direct barrier-free line of sight, select a better frequency to operate in, and remove electronics surrounding the receiver.

A: The PTU-5200 adopts frequency hopping technology. When you tap the frequency selection button of a transmitter (bodypack or handheld mic) to change the frequency easily, the auto-tuned receiver changes correspondingly and instantly.

**Q: How different is this system from PTU-7000 and PTU-5000?**
A: Compared with the PTU-7000, the PTU-5200 has fewer adjustable frequencies and no auto-scan function but more convenient hookup and remote frequency selection. You can mute the mic and use multiple systems, but it is not applicable to the PTU-5000.
