This is the ingredient list I see: Macadamia Milk (Filtered Water, Macadamias), Calcium Phosphate, Pea Protein, Natural Flours, Locust Bean Gum, Sea Salt, Sunflower Lecithin, Gellan Gum, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D2, Vitamin B12, The box is different than what Whole Foods sells. The front of the box is different as well.

Why isn’t there an image of the nutritional label provided? How much sugar is in this? What ingredient makes the Latte version froth better?

Hope this helps. Not sure what makes the froth. Maybe gellman gum? Or the phosphate? But my husband and I think it tastes good.
