The foot bed is comfortable and the fit is nearly perfect. The design of the shoe it's great; ergonomic, and soft. My only 2 minor dislikes are 1-the soles on the front half of the shoes are so thin, makes for a slapy landing. I hope I can get used to them so that doesn't happen, but we will see. 2-the tongue of the shoe is a little tough and almost digs into the front my ankle. I felt this only walking around the house before I left for my run. I loooove these Brooks Women's Adrenaline GTS 22 so easy to run with it, supporting, bouncy (but not to much) stable and comfy. I purchased sizes 7 and 6.5, both gave me enough toe room but the 7 was a little too long... but still great. Brooks recommends going up 1/2 size but I didn't need to at all since I'm usually a 7 (6.5 in sandals sometimes) I ended up keeping the 6.5 and buying it on a different color too.
