Review: Works Good. - Item is just the top and does not come with the gas, you have to buy that at an auto store or hardware store etc. It works as it was supposed to. What I wasn't as fond of is that it seems like the knob to turn on and off could be sensitive to easily being knocked and turned on. I didn't feel comfortable with the thought of that. I'm sure they are probably all made that way, perhaps some are better than others. It worked properly though and as it was supposed to, so I would still say it's a good product and value for the price.

**Q: Can this torch be use with mapp gas?**
A: yes.  i use it with mapp gas.

**Q: Is the flame a swirl flame or a pencil tip?  How small and tight a point can the flame be?**
A: Depends on the tip you use. it's not a narrow flame, say, like an ought tip on an oxy/acetylene torch. I really don't know how small a tip can be had for for this type of torch.

A: If you're looking for a small touch tip type flame this won't provide it, good for heating purpose only.

Hey this is a great little torch and it really works well, the integrated spark device is great so you don't have to carry a lighter or a sparking tool. Great way to start fires quickly for your wood burning stove or if you are burning trash outside or whatever. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is that the little housing that encompasses the sparking device seems to be made of chromed plastic. It was hard to tell from the illustration whether it was made of metal. Since it's made of plastic, I'm not sure how long it will last, but so far so good and it is sparking right along. Thanks.
