**Q: I bought 2 at 2 different times and there were an astronomical and overwhelming lacquer-like smell after unwrapping them both. What is this???**
A: Ours smelled aswell but after a while it airs out. we use it only for feet and the cats seem to like to lay on it

**Q: How long does it take to expand fully?**
A: When I unpacked it the wedge was pretty much expanded. You could pretty much use it right then. It took very little time to fully expand. I didn't watch the clock but I would say well under an hour.

**Q: is a grey cover optional?**
A: It is a gray and white cover that as the picture shows

**Q: Will it help for back pain when laying on my back for to long?**
A: It depends how bad your back is. It helps with lower  back and swelling of your legs.
