I get terrible hayfever from grass pollen, you're talking almost a box of tissues a day, bad eyes, constantly running nose. I've already been bad for many weeks in April! I've only used this device twice yet but even after symptoms start it stops all of them in their tracks. Truly it seems like a miracle device. You can also leave it for the 3 minutes hands free. The things that could be improved. The covers it comes with are tight and almost impossible to reapply after inserting the batteries. It says only 30 uses per 2x of the rather expensive disposable lithium batteries. I just use it without the main cover. I can see myself getting one with wires and probes to save on the quite expensive batteries but this is the perfect solution for on the go and portable use!
