During sprouting, beans contain the maximum of Vitamins and Minerals. Yaso is rich in Omega 3 and Omega 6 Fatty Acids, and highly digestible complete Protein. They are up to 30% lower in Fat, Carbohydrates and Calories than normal Crackers and combined with the High Dietary Fibre content, they slow Fat and Carbohydrate absorption, creating a prolonged sensation of satiety that contributes to Weight and Hunger reduction. My usual brand of gluten free crackers had sold out so I bravely tried these. They are very crumbly and somewhat bland but not horrible tasting either. Good value for the price.
