Review: Easy to Install & Excellent Value for Money - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really happy with this BG Electrical double switched power plug. It has honestly been a lifesaver and was very easy to install. The fit and functionality are excellent, and I really like the colour and overall finish. It feels well made and is great value for money. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.
Review: Great quality and look the part, but can be a tight squeeze to fit! - Great quality wall sockets. The finish of these are far better than most you get and the colour is true to images. Installation can be a bit fiddly with the metal back boxes due to the wiring mounts not having much clearance at the top, however was still able to fit in good time with a few minor adjustments to my back boxes. If you are using plastic back boxes this won't be a problem. Face plates are sturdy when fitted and over all look great. I'll probably end up getting the USB versions of these in the future.

A: The front of the socket pops off to leave the screws for you to screw into the standard box. Once done you just pop the front plate back on and you’re done

**Q: Do these simply screw into the original Mounting Box( least 25mm)then front cover clips on?**
A: Hi,

Yes these can be fitted to standard 25mm box.

Hope this helps

A: sorry no

**Q: Whydoes this company give such a poor service?**
A: I had no problem with the delivery etc in 2021. The products are of reasonable quality although I didn’t have to contact the company directly.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On/off switch failed.
*by A***G on 15 November 2025*

Socket looks great and was working well. Unfortunately one of the switches no longer works correctly and power switches o/off randomly. BG offer long term guarantee so trying to contact them for return/exchange. Update, contacted BG, sent photos and video of issue and they sent a new item which is fitted and working brilliantly. 5 stars.
