IT'S JUST A SAND BAG WITH SOME WIRES COMING OUT OF IT. YOU COULD JUST GET SOME OLD OLD WIRE COAT HANGERS, STICK THEM IN A BLOCK OF WOOD, THEN STICK IT WITH GOOP TO YOUR BOAT CABIN.
