Single Surface Socket Back Box Pattress 25mm White

No fuss, no issues - just a good exterior box for fitting a switch or other surface device to. Plenty of options for knocking out the blanks to feed wires through where it suits you and engages well with the socket bolts that hold the switch/device to the box.

Does the job, nice little cut outs for cables and screws too. Mounted easily and no flex or twist, so happy..

It's just the job, equally well made and robust yet half the price of many. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Seller, It was dispatched and arrived in a good 3 days but for me this was great. This box done the job that i required of it, i used it for my Satelite Plate and worked fine for me. The box is smashable if treated badly, so this is down to the DIYer being carefull don't tighten to tight that kind of thing when securing to the wall :) .

The boxes have square mouldings around the screw inserts not rounded and this prevents all the switches and a timer I have from fitting. The photo shows rounded insert surrounds but the three I purchased all have square mouldings. These will not fit and the pattress box is not fit for its purpose. One box arrived damaged. Off to B&Q now to purchase ones that do fit.

I bought this thinking I could replace the old one when fitting a new timer. I didn't need to and so it now sits as a spare on the shelf.
