**Q: Why is this not returnable**
A: Hygiene

**Q: What sort of shelf life do they have**
A: If the test strips are kept in the box delivered and the box in a clean environment, in my experience the shelf live is pretty long. After all, there are only 50 strips in the box. I do a glucose test once a week using 2 strips, so the box contents is being used within 1/2 year.

**Q: Can i use them with Contour Next One machine?**
A: Yes Contour NEXT glucose meters use Contour NEXT test strips.

**Q: Is this item compatible with the contour xt machine?**
A: It is compatible but test strips are mg/dl not mmol/l. this  create some confusion
