A: None of these kind of pouch are fire and water proof. All of these product is actually misleading the consumer. They are all just fire and water resistant.

Read some of the review. The fire resistance depends on how hot the fire is, but generally speaking only a few seconds to minutes. Similarly, the water resistance is only for splashes or being submerged for very short period of time.

I bought these Fireproof bags to contain personal documents that mean a lot to me. I was a little concerned because the review vary on these items, but these were SUPER solid. Very sturdy, zipper + velcrow system. Insulation is good, and I truly believe they'd product documents. Also, they include 3 different sizes, if you were crafty (you'd put the most important small one inside a larger one. 2X the fireproof power :)
