This is my first venture into lego model and decided to start small or so I thought. Very expensive but worth every penny the detail is amazing. You need to sort the pieces (I used small plastic trays with dividers to sort the pieces this saved loads of time). The result is amazing and very therapeutic. Completed this whilst off work sick to take my mind off pain. Worked a treat. The instructions were easy to follow and it took me about 30 hours to complete. Love it as it brought out my inner child. Our 7 year old (at the time) son got this last Chistmas, and although it took him a few days, he managed to do it all by him self! The instructions are very clear, and unlike most lego sets, where the instructions easily get ripped (when left on the floor) and fall to pieces, the manual is nicely presented and with thicker paper. **Q: I’ve just finished putting together all the bricks from the number 1 bags and have 11 very small bits left over. Did anyone else experience this?** A: I put this together last Christmas. Lego always ad some extra pieces. I got some extra over, maybee total of around 15-20 pieces but that was in total of the whole construction. I wish you the best.
