I love this. It's low impact but really  gets your heart going. And it's not a dvd to outgrow quickly. I am currently  only doing the warm up and one of the step sections..that's hard enough. .But when I am ready there are 2 other cardio sections to add on  plus of course you can make the step high for an even harder workout.  I like the toning sections as well  so it is a good all over workout.  I have a small living  room and it is a bit tight on space but other than that I think this is my all time favourite workout!!

Hilarious 90's styling (the cover photo is a recent addition), as this was obviously filmed back in the day when 'step' was the new big thing ..That said the instruction is really great! I bought this (and a step) to get me back into some kind of workout routine that didn't involve too many 'gadgets'...I did the beginner workout and built up quite a sweat! Really felt like I'd done some good so it's not going in the back of the cupboard just yet. I bought it for a beginner/intermediate aerobic workout and I'm really pleased with my choice.

Although I find this step workout quite difficult to complete in full (I am 55 and overweight) I can manage some of it, plus there are 2 sectionson body sculpting with hand weights and a cool down stretch. I purchased it hoping that the all regions disc statement was accurate and it was.You always have to check that it is not just for USA. I would recommend it to any one wanting to try stepping, but I would advise to get a big enoughstep - mine is not very wide and it is hard to follow the travelling steps when you haven't much room and it is quite a fast pace.
