I have them on tiles in my shower. They are pretty useless there, so I think they'd also be pretty useless in the kitchen. However much you clean and scrub the tiles, the cups lose suction and regularly fall off the wall. I certainly wouldn't hang anything breakable on them! **Q: Do these work on the outside of windows? I live two floors up and want to use it for bird feeders, will they hold through the weathers?** A: I don't think they would, they are very small. I'm using the for tea towels.
