You can pay lots this was £16 and worth it at that price. If you think you might need it, get it at this sort of price. Needed it cutting flooring to make sure I didn't cut pipes. Can't put a price on that really.

Great piece of kit with one major falt, the depth adjustment grub screw is not retained, so you will lose it on the floor and spend 40 mins looking for it , give up and spend 20 more looking for a replacement.
