Also built slightly cheaper but still all metal construction and very solid-faucet supply lines are only 18 inches if I'm not mistaken and they're proprietary so if you're faucet supply lines come in from the floor they won't reach (mine did luckily)-this doesn't come with a deck plate like shown in some of the photos which wasn't a deal breaker for me because I planned on spending the extra $15 at Lowes for matching black faucet hole covers anyways-you can't replace the valve like brand name faucets from what I can tell, so if this starts leaking or stops working you'll have to replace the faucet entirely-if your sink is made of a thinner steel then it may flex a tiny bit at the base due to lack of deck plateOVERALL:Super worth the money at 1/2 the price of the competition (got mine for $45 on sale) and a great addition to spruce up an aging setup.
